Protecting your personal data matters to us. This website processes data only within the scope that is technically necessary. No own cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools are used. Loading the website itself does not set any cookies; only actively playing an embedded YouTube video can result in third-party cookies — see section 05.

02Server Log Files

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary data. This may include in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested file, transferred data volume, browser type, operating system and referrer URL. This processing serves the secure, stable and error-free operation of the website.

• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website.
• Storage period: as a rule no longer than 30 days; thereafter log files are deleted or anonymised, unless longer storage is required for security analysis in an individual case.

03Hosting

This website is hosted via Netlify. Netlify processes the technically necessary data to deliver, secure and keep the website available. Netlify may also process personal data outside the European Union, in particular in the USA.

• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in the stable operation of the website.
• Data processing: A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
• Third-country transfer: Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Netlify, Inc. is certified) and Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

04Fonts

Fonts are delivered locally; they are not transferred to third parties.

05YouTube Videos

Videos from the YouTube platform are embedded on this website. Embedding uses YouTube's enhanced privacy mode via youtube-nocookie.com together with a "click-to-load" mechanism: content is only loaded after an active click on the play button. Before this click, no data is transmitted to YouTube or Google, and no cookies are set.

Once the play button is clicked, content is loaded from the YouTube server. In doing so, personal data — in particular IP address, device and browser information and possibly third-party cookies — may be transmitted to Google. The subsequent processing by Google is outside our influence.

• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent through active click) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the video content).
• Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
• Third-country transfer: Personal data may also be processed in the USA. Transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Google LLC is certified) and Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

If you contact us by email, the information transmitted — in particular name, email address and content of the message — is processed in order to handle the inquiry.

• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the inquiry relates to pre-contractual measures or a contractual relationship; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.
• Storage period: until the inquiry has been concluded; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

07Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have in particular the following rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to certain processing activities (Art. 21). Consent already given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, a message to info@c-motion-works.com is sufficient.

There is no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
